1. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS❥ I reserve the right to refuse service if I; cannot go through with a commission request, feel uncomfortable with what I'm creating, or if I wish to not work with a commissioner.
NOTE: I will decide, prior to payment, if I want to go through with the commission or not. If we agreed to the commission, and if it has been paid for, I will certainly continue the work.❥ I kindly request that clients refrain from rushing the creative process. Impatient and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. It can ruin a client's chances of receiving artwork from me.❥ For estimated project completion, please refer to the commission queue on the homepage. It provides information on the number of pending commissions and my progress on each artwork.❥ You are more than welcome to commission me for multiple artworks! If you intend to purchase multiple commissions at one time, kindly note that they must be purchased as a complete package but it will be counted as a separate order when listed in the queue.❥ Refunds are unfortunately are not offered. Please be certain about a request before commissioning me. Any concerns shall be discussed.❥ If commissions are closed, please patiently wait for a reopening. Repeatedly asking about the status is discouraged. If you see a listing labeled "CLOSED" then it is probably closed.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧2. Payments & Fees❥ Some parts in the artwork or purchases may cost extra in addition to the main artwork. Be mindful of this when purchasing a commission, see the Prices & Payment page for more info. Remember, when requesting an additional character in an artwork there can only be two characters per artwork. (+$15 for the inclusion of an extra character)❥ All payments must be made in full before the start of any commission.❥ Ko-fi is my main commission source, I kindly ask if you purchase a commission from there.❥ Payment should be in USD. If a client is located overseas, please convert the correct amount from your currency to USD!❥ A rush order fee will be charged for tight deadlines. For the price of $75, a rush order is moved up to the front of the waitlist in order to get done within a specific time before anyone else's.
Q: Why do I have to pay for an art to get done faster?
A: It isn't very fair to those who waited first in line. Freely moving an artwork upfront when others have waited before, said client, can seem very jarring to others. If a client can't wait in a long queue then I suggest either paying the fee if a cleint really wants it done, not pursuing the commission request, or request a different commission that isn't in need of a specific completion time.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧3. Client Obligations❥ Please reach out to me in advance through any of my social media platforms or contact info to discuss a commission request. This is to ensure we have great communication in reference to your commission.❥ When contacting me for a commission, always have a reference sheet ready. Commissioners will need to share this for an example of your character. If a client's character does not have a ref sheet or any reference at all, coming back later when a ref sheet has been completed is most suggested! Or, if one so desires, clients may alternatively commission a ref sheet from me!❥ If ordering through Discord or any other socials, a small series of questions will always be asked before an accepted request for every commissioner to answer. (It is mainly the same questions as the main commission form.)
This is to help keep things in an organized manner as well as to help me better understand your commission. Complaining about the questions is greatly unappreciated, please be respectful. If you do not comply with answering the questions, I may refuse to go fourth with your commission.❥ If a client has a particular preferences regarding poses or facial expressions, please let me know. References could be a helpful way of explaining the specific pose or expression.❥ Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form. It is certainly best to give a brief description of the client's order when needed! Not enough detail will lead me to becoming confused, I wish not for any problems to occur.❥ Respond in a timely fashion. I would appreciate it if we keep a strong communication when discussing progress. I cannot continue an art piece unless a healthy response is taking place. Once you are satisfied with the progress shared, I can continue on.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧4. Process & Work Schedule❥ Work hours are Mon-Fri CST. Sometimes I work on weekends depending how fast I want to get the artwork done. Please be respectful of my time schedule, there should be no trouble if you are not in a rush for art.❥ I am committed to providing my commissioners with the progress of their order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction. Kind corrections are allowed to be said. Do not just nitpick at the artwork progress. Blatantly pointing out minor details is not appreciated. Artist freedom must be greatly respected.❥ I will always do my best to complete a commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes issues involving my personal life may get in the way and could potentially cause a delay in completing a commissioner's commission. Things can happen out of my control. I will be sure notify commissioners as soon as possible of any issues that come up.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧5. Copyright & Usage❥ Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI training purposes. All actions will result into not receiving another commission from me again.❥ By commissioning me, you allow me to share the artwork of your character to any social media of mine specifically for promotional purposes! Your character will not be used for any personal usage of mine!❥ Do not repost my artwork without my explicit permission. Commissioners are not authorized to share unwatermarked content without permission, as it may negatively affect my work and future commissions. If you wish to share my content, proper credit is required.

An important thing for commissioners to note, I like to take my time with my art process as my art comes as a privilege to me and I treat it as such. The artwork wont always be done within a few days, sometimes it can take a whole month or two(depending on your order)! The average completion time is a few days to a week.Furthermore, I want to continue to emphasize that all artwork remains the sole property of kittychu312. I maintain a strict policy against unauthorized activities such as tracing, stealing, or claiming the artwork as one's own. Engaging in such actions will result in the loss of commissioning privileges.Thank you for considering my services, I hope to work my magic in bringing your wonderful character to life and I look forward to the opportunity of working with you! ^^
